GLBTQ Online High School provides support to the parents and families of our students as well as the students themselves.
This critical feature of our school provides parents with safe
forums to share stories, ideas, solutions and just plain friendship with others
that have similar joys, challenges and questions. Parents who are new to the
experience of having a GLBTQ teen can solicit advice from other parents or from
school staff.
Discussion groups include:
- Parents of gays & lesbians
- Parents of bisexuals
- Parents of transgender individuals
- Questioning Youth and their Uncertainty
- Coming Out as a Family
- GLBTQ and Religion
- Health & Wellness
